7 Day Return Policy

Bamboo Abode's 7 day return policy covers all purchases made through our website.

This policy covers all customers not satisfied with the quality or condition of our goods. The 7 day return period will commence from the date you receive the goods. 

If a refund is requested, please submit in writing to info@bambooabode.com.au within this 7 day period.

Bamboo Abode will refund the purchase price of the goods and your account should be credited within 10 working days of the goods arriving back to us in the original condition they were received.

Your refund will not include return delivery charges from shipping charges. Goods must also be returned in their original packaging.

You the customer are responsible to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Bamboo Abode takes no responsibility for lost Goods and the customer will be solely liable for the shipment cost of the return.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@bambooabode.com 

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
